Our chocolate blends are created by carefully mixing cacao beans from local farms across Latin America. Blending a selection of cacao beans is an art in itself, partnering complementary flavours to create the perfect chocolate.

The ultimate chef’s chocolate. Our 100% Pure chocolate range consists of Cocoa Powder and Cocoa Liquor. Our Cocoa Powder has a wonderful, tropical wood color, whilst our Cocoa Liquor is made using cacao from Peru.

Our journey started over ten years ago when we set ourselves an ambitious mission, to locally produce the most authentic Latin American chocolate, protecting and developing sustainable fine cacao production.
